In the organizer's words:
On Saturdays, we experiment with different woodworking techniques. In this workshop, we will focus on wood as a material for sculpture making. After a short theoretical introduction and inspired by Alexander Girard's Wooden Dolls, we will first create sketches for our own figure. The final design is then realized with a Japanese saw, carving iron and sanding tools made of wood. Finally, the sculpture is painted using a masking technique in the characteristic graphic style. Be there!
