Our walking tour takes you back to Ottensen’s beginnings during the Schauenburg era, through Danish rule, and on to the era of industrialization and the labor movement. With the decline of industry, the struggle to transform the neighborhood began. Join us on this walking tour through Ottensen’s history and discover how Ottensen has changed over the centuries while still retaining its unique character.
