Anyone familiar with LSB & DRS and their collaborative work knows what’s up: here, the DJ and MC form a perfect partnership. LSB’s atmospherically powerful liquid sound is full of soul and harmonizes perfectly with DRS’s vocal abilities. While LSB sets the sonic framework with powerful, atmospheric productions, DRS brings lyrical intensity and emotional honesty to the mix. The result isn’t a classic “beats & bars” project, but rather a thoughtful musical dialogue—raw and profound.

LSB’sfirst forays into drum ’n’ bass took place in the early 2000s as a co-promoter of the legendary Bounce nights in Norwich. He gained experience behind the decks as a resident DJ and soon began releasing his own productions on Bingo Beats. Since then, he has released music on labels such as Spearhead Records, Integral, Soul:r, and Hospital Records, and has collaborated with artists like DRS and Tyler Daley on acclaimed tracks such as “The View.” His debut album “Content” was released in 2016 and showcased a modern, atmospheric, yet powerful sound, enriched with cinematic elements, organic textures, and subtle melodies. Danceable, introspective, and produced to the highest technical standards.

DRS (Dirty Rap Scallion) has been active as a rapper and MC since the 1990s and is one of the few MCs who could already keep up with the breakneck rhythms of drum ’n’ bass while others were still playing catch-up. He was part of the hip-hop trio Broke 'n' £nglish, collaborated with luminaries such as Calibre, Marcus Intalex, Lynx, LTJ Bukem, and Icicle, and has released numerous albums. He possesses the unique ability to blend emotional wordplay with complex rhythms. His discography includes solo works such as “I Don’t Usually Like MCs But...” and “Mid Mic Crisis,” as well as collaborative projects like “The Blue Hour” with LSB.

Workforce is the solo alias of Jack Stevens, whom we all know from his work as one half of the duo SpectraSoul. A distinct artistic signature runs through his productions, blending atmospheric depth with precisely crafted breakbeats. The albums “Late Night Soundtrack” and “Set & Setting” exemplify his approach: multi-layered textures, subtle melodies, and carefully crafted arrangements come together to form cohesive musical experiences. At the heart of it all is always the goal of combining club sound with emotional impact and narrative depth.
