These workshops offer a space to explore your emotions and creativity through painting, drawing, collage, sculpting, writing, and more. No experience needed—just curiosity and an open heart.

Each session revolves around themes such as emotions, freedom, balance, or flow, inviting you to express yourself, reflect, and reconnect.
