Radio 80000: Imprints

In the organizer's words:

As part of the "Carrying" exhibition, Radio 80000 is hosting the two-day "Imprints" program in the former bookshop in the foyer of the museum.

"Imprints" builds on the interweaving of culture and power discussed in "Carrying" and sees radio itself as a carrier: of music, but also of memory, knowledge and social relationships. The program brings together DJ sets, research-based broadcast formats and live performances that deal with music as a carrier and transmission medium in different ways. For two days, the Bookshop will be transformed into a temporary radio station whose program can be followed both on site and online.

Radio 80000 is a community radio station from Munich and was founded in April 2015.
