🧠 The next edition of Boom Your Brains at Palanta: Following “Twistomat” and “Synaptor,” here comes“GRIPSMIX”! A new mix of questions and new challenges featuring images, text, and sound—same fun! For repeat participants: Please check the volume briefly!

Boom Your Brains is the quiz event from the Cologne-based Funfusion Collective—founded by us (Vera & Ute), two sisters from Cologne-Sülz. Just like with our Pocket Quizzes, the motto is: Brains come together. Your knowledge will be put through our “Twist Generator”! Combine, twist, decode, think outside the box—and on top of that: lots of laughter! Finally, a quiz with “AHA!” and “HAHA!”

Each Boom Your Brains volume features its own set of questions. With “Gripsmix,” you can expect completely different content, quiz games, and challenges than in our other volumes. Perfect for everyone who’s been there before—and, of course, for all newcomers too.

EXAMPLES OF QUIZ GAMES
🎤 DAD SINGS: You have to identify songs sung by our dad and guest stars from the family—yes, really. Very funny!
🗞️ FAKE NEWS: Alternative facts with a twist! In the newspaper “BALLA BALLA,” someone has thoroughly distorted the facts in both text and images. Find the “fake news.”

👥 TICKETS & TEAMS

• Whether with friends, family, or as a team event with us—games are played in teams of 2–5 people.
• There are also early-bird tickets—if you want to make sure you get in, you’d better grab them quickly.

We’re hosting our quiz at Palanta in Cologne-Sülz, a popular neighborhood restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Many of the ideas for our Pocket Quizzes were born during our brainstorming evenings at Palanta. That makes it all the more special to be hosting a Boom Your Brains quiz right here now. ❤️

Look forward to tarte flambée, tapas, steaks from the lava stone grill, fresh salads, and international cuisine. To top it off, we’ll have a variety of Spritzes, cocktails, Kölsch, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks for a thoroughly enjoyable quiz night.
