Projekt Rüttenscheid is a free street festival in the heart of Essen Rüttenscheid organized by essendiese. Local newcomers and nationally renowned artists perform on a total of 7 stages. The focus is on hip-hop, indie and electronic music. Projekt Rüttenscheid will take place for the fourth time in 2026 and is one of the most important youth culture events in the Ruhr region.

26.6. is the day before. On this day, only one electronic stage on Martinstr. will be open. All other stages open on 27.6.
