The Power Hoop specifically strengthens the core, improves coordination, increases endurance and helps to burn calories - and it's always a lot of fun. The workshop combines hoop training with a range of creative fitness tools to create a varied full-body workout.

Prerequisites: Participation is recommended for people who feel healthy and physically fit.
