Poetry of Moving Lights – Performance von miu
In the organizer's words:
Every performance of*Poetry of Moving Lights*sounds different: Using the mobile sound machines created by Japanese sound artist miu—part radio, part instrument—audience members choose between different languages, thereby creating their own personal version of this performance. This gives rise to a sensual interplay between voice and silence, precision and strangeness: A beam of light makes a sound. A translation not only explains but also brings forth new realities. Homemade instruments, wandering light sources, and partially generated translations create fragile landscapes. A multisensory performance for blind, visually impaired, and sighted audiences.
