Pitcher is cult - clubs like this must be supported and kept alive. ONE OF THESE have already been to Pitcher several times with their small Early Years line-up - and in 2024 with the big 10-piece band. And in 2026, ONE OF THESE will return to the small stage with the big band. It will be cozy - but not in the thematic sense. Pink Floyd have always been on the road with socially critical themes - but with their album Animals, the band expressed their view of society more clearly than ever before. Today, 50 years after the album was recorded in January 1977, its themes are unfortunately more relevant than ever.
ONE OF THESE is a band that has always stood up for respectful interaction with one another and also lives this within the band. Against the background of the current social and political developments, not only in Germany, it is therefore logical for the band to dedicate their next tour to this album.
In recent years, ONE OF THESE has toured seven German states and Austria with The Wall, Dark Side, the Division Bell Tour and Wish You Were Here. The Animals Tour completes the band's tour of the great Pink Floyd albums.
In the first part of the concert, highlights from the Pink Floyd catalog will be played - including a very special treat for all Pink Floyd connoisseurs.
ONE OF THESE inspires with their love for the music of Pink Floyd down to the smallest details. The band plays the music of Pink Floyd with a musical dedication that you can see and hear in every note. For the band, every concert is a celebration of Pink Floyd's music, but also of the shared experience of sharing and enjoying this wonderful music with the audience. And you can feel that from the first note to the meet and greet after the concert.
ONE OF THESE is regarded as the most versatile Pink Floyd tribute band in this country, presenting the music of the British band in a wide variety of interesting facets. The tribute line-up plays complete albums (Dark Side The Moon / Wish You Were Here / Animals / The Wall), and there is also a history program. There is also an unplugged program with an expanded line-up including strings, clarinet and percussion, as well as a program with a full orchestra.
Under the addition of Early Years, the band plays the early Floyd before the great success with Dark Side Of The Moon in a reduced line-up, and currently the music from the concert film "Live At Pompeii" and the complete album "Meddle" are played.
