Pilates & Cold Therapy Experience at Cryopoint Leipzig

Experience an evening full of movement, regeneration and new energy - in the Cryopoint Cold Therapy & Longevity Spa at Messehof Leipzig.

We start with an invigorating Mat Pilates class in which you strengthen and mobilize your entire body and improve your posture. The class is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike and combines flowing movements with precise alignment and conscious breathing.

Afterwards, the highlight of the evening awaits: a session in the Cryobox cold chamber at temperatures of up to -110 °C. The intensive cold application is used by many people to support regeneration, well-being and recovery.

After the training and the cold application, we end the evening in a relaxed manner. Look forward to refreshments, snacks and the opportunity to get to know the Cryopoint team and Dopamina Pilates.
