Superzona & mrReed feat. El Chente
[DE] Before and after the concerts, Superzona and mrReed—the curators behind chucuXchucu—set the musical tone for the evening. With their platform, the Munich-based collective bridges the gap between club nights, concerts, soundsystems, and cultural exchange. Their work connects local scenes with musical movements from Latin America and the Caribbean. For this evening, their sets delve deep into the sounds of the Colombian Caribbean: classic and obscure cumbias, gaita and tambora rhythms, champeta, tropical bass, and bass-heavy club music that bridges tradition and futuristic grooves. Also joining us is El Chente from France: DJ, selector, and event organizer. His sets blend soundsystem culture, Caribbean percussion, and tropical dancefloor energy, shaped by years of close ties to the local scene in both France and Colombia.
