Lara Hulo: Indie lightness with a clear edge, melancholy and humor. Lara brings blazing queer feminism to the stage - whether it will still be standing afterwards remains unclear.
Ever since the viral hits "Berliner Luft", "Side B*tch" & "Für Änni", Lara Hulo has stood for one thing above all: uncompromising authenticity. And for an artist who knows exactly what she wants. And Lara wants much more than just a viral hit. She wants nothing less than to shake up the German-speaking indie scene. Her songs are proof that Lara still has a lot to show - both in terms of content and music. Born in Schleswig, Lara has now found her home in Berlin. The indie artist captivates her listeners with her unique, raspy voice, reminiscent of the great days of Nina Hagen or Hildegard Knef. Her lyrics tell of her life as a queer young woman and deal with the issues that drive us all: About searching for, finding, holding on to and losing love. Sometimes packaged as a quiet ballad, sometimes as a self-confident musical statement. The fact that her songs lose none of their indie lightness is due to the artist's charismatic nature and her talent for allowing melancholy and humor to coexist. Lara certainly owes her refreshing non-conformity to her experiences from over 10 years of street music. She shows her absolutely authentic self live; she is loud, powerful and fragile on stage at the same time. This also inspires her audience. After a sold-out first solo tour, she's also coming to us!

Juno030: Raps with a clarity that is rare. Growing up in Berlin Neukölln, she talks about the psyche, self-discovery and social ruptures.
Between melancholy and hope for the future, between honest rap and melodious, almost pop hooks - rapper Juno030 is somewhere in between. In her songs, Juno030 talks about growing up in Berlin, all-nighters, but also about the problems that came with it. Little cash, depression and the feeling of being lost and without direction. It begins as it had to begin: when Aggro Berlin and Royal Bunker gave German rap a new look at the turn of the millennium, Juno030 was born in Kreuzberg. Growing up with the young rap generation between the curb and the skyline, it was initially poems, then rap formats on the net such as VBT, that inspired Juno. She was already turning her first lyrics and beats into tracks while she was still at school and struggling with growing up. But time is on her side. The rise of social media and the establishment of major streaming providers created a space in which she reached an audience like herself with self-made music videos for tracks like "Stoned oder so" and "Rede Nicht". Oversaturated by the frippery of messed-up media hypes, alienated from absurdly romanticized ideas of urban life, the rapper brings authenticity back to German-language rap music with the EP "Sirenen" (2024) and contemporary observations such as "Teppich" or the current single "Schwebebahn". She doesn't need to rehash the garish neighbourhood kitsch of the 2000s in a blatantly sexualized form and instead expresses the feeling of a life in the status quo in a raw, authentic and unvarnished way.
