Open Page. Rediscover yourself through Creative Journaling, in Munich.

In the organizer's words:

You’re creative. You can find clarity. And you actually know. But life can be confusing, apps can be lonely, and therapy can be blah blah. This is none of that. It’s about your own voice. Join a playful space for expression, exchange, and diversity—all centered on the creative journal as a lifelong resource for self-discovery.

No experience in art, writing, or meditation is needed. Together, we practice mindfulness on paper and create a collective space for resilience. Through guided writing, drawing, and creative responses, we sort through our thoughts, become aware of inner processes, and develop fresh perspectives.

Your chance to:
• Take time to reflect in your native language
• Gain fresh insight and emotional clarity
• Connect with like-minded others

What you need:Come as you are. Materials are provided, or you can bring your own. An open mind, your favorite pen, and a journal or sketchbook if you have one.
