Short is sweet– Short Film Night featuring eight short films ranging from animation to fiction

Short films capture the essence of the original, the humorous, and the serious, exploring various aspects of all walks of life. They captivate, fascinate, provoke, inspire, and are simply fun. In just a few minutes, worlds are created that could hardly be more extraordinary—whether through animation, fiction, or documentary. The stories surprise us just like the little incidents of everyday life, but they linger in our memories for a long time. For Short Film Night, “open flair” will present a cross-genre selection of short films from Germany in the Budde-Haus’s Kunstgarten, showcasing the full spectrum of short filmmaking.
