The Erfurt story workshop has once again produced imaginative works and impressive pictures that are just waiting to be discovered. The time has come to bring the creative worlds of the young authors to the stage.

Over the course of ten weeks, schoolchildren have allowed their ideas to grow, developed stories and artistically designed them with lino prints. The result is stories full of surprising twists and humorous moments that will captivate the audience.

This is the fifth time that the Erfurt Story Workshop has enriched the city's cultural scene. Ten children are given the opportunity to develop their linguistic and creative skills under the guidance of cultural educators. The project was initiated by Karolin Liebig and supported by the city of Erfurt.

Selected texts and illustrations are now being presented. The reading will be performed by Erfurt actress Julia Maronde, accompanied by the expressive sign language interpreter, Birthe Seyfarth.

Even at the last reading, the crowd and interest in the stories was overwhelming, so it is advisable to purchase tickets in advance.

The event is suitable for adults and children aged 5 and over

Children and schoolchildren receive a reduced admission price.

The Story Workshop reading is sponsored by the Cultural Directorate of the City of Erfurt and takes place in cooperation with the Kultur: Haus Dacheröden.
