There’s room for grief here—right in the midst of life.

The open support group is an invitation to people of all ages (including, in particular, young people experiencing grief) who have suffered a loss, are going through a period of upheaval, or simply want to engage in honest conversation—without any taboos and in a relaxed atmosphere.

Our fall kickoff session focuses on the theme of “Courage”: the courage to take that first step; the courage to make space for grief in everyday life; or simply the courage to be around people again.

There’s no set agenda and no pressure to share your story: You can listen, share your thoughts, or just join us for a drink.
