On June 6, Hanover once again invites you to the Night of the Museums. 25 museums, galleries and cultural venues will open their doors late into the night and provide special cultural moments throughout the city. Visitors can expect a varied program of exhibitions, guided tours, music and unusual events.

Many museums offer exclusive programs that have been specially developed for the Museum Night.

"Voices of the City" brings music to the museums

A special highlight is the cooperation with the KunstFestSpiele Herrenhausen. Under the title "Voices of the City", eight Hanoverian choirs will create musical routes through various museums and cultural venues.

The result is a special combination of art, music and urban experience that takes visitors through Hanover.

The Night of the Museums is ideal for a summer evening in Hanover. Between exhibitions, live music and illuminated cultural venues, the city shows its lively and diverse side.

Restaurants, cafés and squares in the city center also invite you to end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

Tickets and information

The event starts at 6 pm. Admission costs seven euros. Children up to the age of 14 and holders of the HannoverAktivPass receive Free admission.

Tickets are also available online for the first time.
