Mut

In the organizer's words:

"Courage" is a poetic play about new beginnings and the joy of growing. It tells of people by the sea who have settled into waiting, while the sea rushes in the background as a constant longing. Only one of them still looks out. He senses that there could be more behind the fog than stagnation. Slowly they start moving again, begin to listen to each other again and discover: Strangeness expands horizons, curiosity conquers fear and openness leads to community.Shadow play, wind, music and powerful physical images create a poetic evening of theater about longing, community and the strength to regain hope. "MUT" is about looking forward, trusting each other and taking the first step together.

Theater Grenzenlos was founded ten years ago with the aim of giving young refugees a platform to express themselves and to make it easier for them to integrate into society through artistic work. Since then, we have created numerous plays that have been performed at schools, theaters and cultural venues in Munich and Bavaria.
