Discover and learn the art of making your own traditional Chinese dumplings!
In our cooking class with Mulann Dumplings, you’ll learn all the steps of this craft from scratch, explained in simple terms. Along the way, Mulann will share stories about her traditions, reveal tips and tricks, demonstrate techniques, and ensure that by the end, you’ll be able to do more than you ever thought possible. You’ll learn interesting facts, such as why traditional dumplings are so easy to digest. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a meal together in the traditional Chinese style, and the group will reflect on what we’ve learned. You’ll be treated to an aperitif at the start, and water will be available throughout the cooking class. A warm, homemade meal and homemade dumplings you can be proud of—look forward to the perfect activity for the cold season.

How do you eat them?
Two fillings: Hearty meat filling and/or light tofu-and-vegetable filling—flavorful and well-balanced

Two side dishes: A warming soup and a traditional cucumber salad—fresh and surprisingly different. Plus: A Mulann Special aperitif and water on the table.
