Mindfulness Walk
In the organizer's words:
✨Mindfulness Walk✨
Every first Wednesday of the month, we ground ourselves in the present moment—the here and now—whether standing or walking. You’ll receive tips for practicing mindfulness in your daily life that you can apply right away, and a small tasting awaits you so that all your senses are engaged.
We start at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting spots vary. Right now, it’s at Odeonsplatz.
The walk currently lasts about an hour and is also available in English. Just let us know if you’d like a translation.
