In the organizer's words:

Magical Fun for Young and Old

Ms. Rund and Urs Jandl were actually supposed to take care of the dishes. But as luck would have it, an invitation flutters into the house at that very moment: to a masquerade ball! In the park! At midnight! How wonderful! But wait: What exactly is a masquerade ball? What do you wear? Do you have to dance there? And who’s going to dry the dishes now? Look forward to a new variety show featuring lots of animals, a mountain of dirty dishes, juggling, magic, and the famous music of Camille Saint-Saëns.

Laughing Together

When Frau Rund and Urs Jandl run wild across the stage together, not a single eye stays dry. As children’s entertainers, they’ve been touring the country for many years. The two of them play, juggle, perform magic, and make music with all their might. The duo offers its young audience everything that makes for a successful show: exciting stories, dreamy moments, wonder, laughter, and top-notch entertainment. With *Maskenball der Tiere* (The Animals’ Masked Ball), they present their new production, which combines magic, juggling, dance, and music into a treat for the whole family.

The Artists

Frau Rund, alias Julia Espenberger, was already juggling tangerines as a child. The native of Lower Bavaria then spent two years in London, where she continued to juggle enthusiastically at the Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theater. Back in Germany, she completed her training at the Cassani Clown School.

Urs Jandl has been turning the laws of nature upside down for over 35 years. As a magician, he never ceases to amaze, amuse, and surprise his audience. And as a tap dancer and singer-saw player, he always provides top-notch entertainment.
