In the organizer's words:
A Summer Evening of Mindfulness at the Lapidarium
Meditation for peace and focus, dynamic yoga for vitality, and a mindful break among ancient sculptures—energy for the body, peace for the mind
Treat yourself to a summer evening that’s all your own.
Amid ancient sculptures, Mediterranean flair, and the unique atmosphere of Stuttgart’s historic Lapidarium, a soothing break from everyday life awaits you. Leave your appointments, obligations, and constant checking of your phone behind for a few hours, and consciously give yourself time for peace, movement, and renewed energy.
The Summer Evening of Mindfulness at the Lapidarium combines energizing yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices into a harmonious open-air experience—at one of Stuttgart’s most extraordinary locations.

What makes this special for you:
You can experience yoga and meditation in many places.
But spending an entire summer evening among historic sculptures under the open sky is something truly special.
The combination of nature, movement, and mindfulness creates a space where slowing down comes naturally. As the evening slowly draws to a close, space opens up to let go of everyday life, recharge your energy, and consciously savor the moment. It’s not about having to achieve something or be perfect. It’s about finding your way back to yourself.
Who is this evening for?
This evening is for you if you
want to breathe deeply and mindfully, without having to “function,”
consider personal growth, broadening your horizons—and inner transformation—to be worthwhile,
want to treat yourself to some mindful self-care and time off,
want to relieve stress and recharge your energy,
want to learn about or deepen your practice of yoga and Buddhist meditation,
or experience an extraordinary place in a special way
Workshop Content
The workshop uniquely combines a variety of methods: We’ll explore different meditation techniques that allow you to take a mental vacation. The result of regular practice is a peaceful and clear mind. Yoga exercises and breathing practices in the fresh air support a healthy and mindful approach to the body. Advanced mindfulness exercises foster our mindful interaction with one another and sharpen our sense of community.
We draw on the wisdom of millennia-old traditions to cultivate our mindfulness together and learn how it can serve as a constant companion, helping us maintain mental balance in our daily lives.
What You’ll Take Home
After these four hours, you’ll take home more than just fond memories of a special summer evening among ancient sculptures—you’ll take home a moment of peace that we all too rarely allow ourselves.
You’ll learn simple exercises that you can also incorporate into your daily life.
You’ll gain a few insights for yourself.
Maybe you’ll go home feeling more relaxed, or you’ll sleep especially well that night.
Perhaps during stressful moments, you’ll remember a breathing exercise or a quiet moment spent among the sculptures.
The workshop isn’t about teaching perfection—it’s about creating a space where you can simply be yourself.
About Me
I am a counselor, yoga teacher, and meditation instructor. In my counseling sessions, I guide responsible individuals not only through challenging periods of transition toward an authentic new beginning, but I also focus on transforming crises into a foundation for sustainable, personal growth.
Alongside my counseling work, yoga and meditation are wonderful tools for finding more peace, mindfulness, and inner balance.
With the Summer Evening of Mindfulness at the Lapidarium, I aim to create a safe space where movement, meditation, and the unique atmosphere of this special place come together to form a harmonious experience.
I look forward to spending this summer evening with you.
If the idea of a special, unhurried summer evening at the historic Lapidarium appeals to you, I look forward to welcoming you.
