From Hamburg to Munich - from the museum to you! Join us when four friends of art come together to discuss important works of art from the Neue Pinakothek in Munich and the Hamburger Kunsthalle. Today we invite you to indulge in culinary delights as well as intellectual ones. Make sure you have drinks and snacks ready, because we will take you to a Munich beer garden and the terrace of a Hamburg hotel. Eat and drink, taste, touch and smell in comfort while you listen to the art. Allow yourself to experience art with all your senses. And enjoy two top works by Max Liebermann (1847 - 1935): the "Munich Beer Garden", a popular motif from the Neue Pinakothek in Munich from 1884 and "The Terrace of the Hotel Louis C. Jacob in Nienstedten an der Elbe" from 1902 from the Hamburger Kunsthalle. This time we are even broadcasting on location in Hamburg, from the terrace of the Hotel Louis C. Dr. Andrea Weniger is head of education and communication at the Hamburger Kunsthalle, Frederike Harms is a research assistant there, and Jochen Meister works at the Neue Pinakothek in Munich.
