KoLab Days x Tresor.West

The second KoLab Days 2026 are being organized in collaboration with Tresor.West and will explore the themes of anonymity and identity.

In the club, we are part of a collective and yet anonymous at the same time. Identity is not the opposite of anonymity, but rather emerges from it—from the sum of everyone sharing the space. Here, techno is understood not merely as a genre, but as a collective practice: a space beyond names, reach, and visibility. Movement, sound, and algorithms are not mere mechanisms here, but artistic material—they respond to data, bodies, and the moment, translating many individual traces into a shared image that belongs to no single person.

The KoLab Days kick off on July 22 with a joint slot with Tresor.West at “Sommer am U” at the Dortmunder U. This will be followed by two days of workshops at Tresor.West (July 23–24). The works created there will culminate in an exhibition in the vaults of Tresor.West as well as at the Tresor.garten event.
