Kippen sammeln für den Guten Zweck - 6. Bremer Kippenmarathon

We are collecting from 17.06 - 24.06 for the 6th Bremer Kippenmarathon in Findorff!

Our collection barrel is located at Flaschenpost XXL in Hemmstraße 185 and can be filled by you during opening hours. Monday to Friday 07:00 to 21:00, Saturday 08:00-21:00, Sunday 09:00-19:00.

Those who prefer to collect together have the chance to take part twice:

17.06., 12:30
We start with the Findorf business people with a short, crisp lunch break clean-up. Meeting point is at the Jan-Reiners-Lok.

22.06., 18:00
We meet in front of the "Journal", Findorffstr. 38 and then walk together along the Bürgerweide.

Why are we doing this?

Every cigarette butt that is disposed of incorrectly releases up to 7,000 pollutants into the environment. It poisons soil, water, animals and plants and decomposes into microplastics over time. Most filters are made of cellulose acetate - a plastic. Throwing away cigarette butts is an administrative offense that is punishable by a fine of €50 in Bremen.

So: Collect them and help to make Findorff and Bremen a little cleaner!
