Time for yourself, time to settle in. When was the last time you consciously set aside time just for yourself?
In everyday life, we’re often caught up in the outside world—functioning, meeting expectations, being there for others… In my cacao ceremony, all of that can take a back seat for a while. Here, the focus is entirely on you. The ceremonial raw cacao, singing, drumming, and crystal singing bowls gently guide you as you reconnect with yourself. They create a safe space where you don’t have to do anything—you’re simply allowed to be. Every experience is welcome… relaxing, feeling, seeing more clearly, or simply breathing. Perhaps this is exactly what you’re looking for right now—a few hours in which you give yourself your full attention. You don’t need any prior experience—just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to connect with yourself. I look forward to welcoming you and sharing this space with you.
We’ll begin with a cup of ceremonial raw cacao, which can help you find peace and turn your gaze inward. My singing will accompany you on this journey—gentle, intuitive, and from the heart. Many people say that it’s the singing in particular that deeply relaxes them and opens their hearts… A small, loving herbal ritual—a “car wash” for the soul, so to speak—invites you to shed the burdens of everyday life and consciously arrive at your true self. You are part of a mindful community supported by a safe space that is there for you. We actively create a space of peace.
