Jenseits von Millionen

Our association, “anderes Festival e. V.,” was founded in 2008 to organize a two-day music festival once a year. Our goal is to engage deeply with the region in order to establish a sustainable festival structure. Furthermore, by hosting the festival, the association supports children’s aid organizations with an annual donation consisting of at least €5 from every ticket sold, as well as any surplus remaining after festival expenses have been deducted.

Convinced of the core idea, we—as the association and organizers of the festival—put 100% of our love and energy into the “most loving, most handmade festival in the region.” Currently, 17 members are working on a volunteer basis and in a grassroots, democratic manner to organize the festival and its accompanying events.
