KELPIE are Kerstin Blodig & Ian Melrose

A voice as clear as the water of the Norwegian fjords, a whistle like a breath of mist over the Scottish Highlands and two beautifully harmonizing, groovy guitars. Kelpie - two internationally acclaimed solo artists in their favorite duo project. Flowing arrangements of ballads about trolls, kelpies and other water spirits, rousing, fast-paced reels (Scottish dances) and hallings (Norwegian dances) with plenty of room for spontaneity and improvisation.
