In collaboration with Babu Noella, the Kunsthalle Barmen invites you to an African headwrap workshop. After a brief introduction to the history and significance of African headscarves, participants will try out and wear various wrapping techniques. The discussion that follows will focus on identity, cultural exchange, and the question of how clothing can build bridges between people.
