Hatha Yoga, based on the Vini-Yoga approach, is a very gentle form of yoga. The focus is on your personal journey in practicing the asanas (yoga poses), not on perfection. That’s why this class allows you to apply and deepen your previous yoga experience in a unique and personalized way. Breathing exercises and elements of meditation are, of course, part of the practice and help harmonize body, breath, and mind. Strengthen yourself with this mindful yoga practice to meet the many demands of family life and your daily work routine.
A total of 13 sessions, every Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
