Summer soccer, the smell of barbecue and cold drinks: At the big World Cup viewing event with BBQ in Hamburg, we are showing the World Cup match between Germany and Curaçao live on a big screen together with the Sturmfreie Bude - accompanied by a summer BBQ buffet with meat and veggie alternatives, drinks included, a World Cup quiz and a view of the Alster that is second to none.

On June 16, 2026, the Alsterbude will be transformed into your summer soccer location in Hamburg. From 16:30 we will welcome you with a Hobenköök Limon Spritz before the BBQ starts at 17:00. The kick-off between Germany and Curaçao is at 19:00.

If you want to do more than just watch soccer, you've come to the right place: in addition to the live broadcast of the game and the BBQ with drinks, our World Cup quiz awaits you! In teams of two, you can answer football-related quiz questions until kick-off and submit your predictions for the outcome of the match. Whoever answers all the questions correctly will make it to the final and whoever guesses the correct result at the end has the chance to win the main prize:

• 2 tickets for a summer concert evening at "Band & Bratwurst" on July 25, 2026

The final round will be announced during the half-time break. If there are several correct tips, the winner will be drawn by lot.

There will also be the opportunity to prove yourself in a game of sit-down soccer throughout the evening ;)
