After welcoming over 1,200 guests at its 2025 debut, the Freyheit Festival is back for its second edition. Bigger, more colorful, with even more brands and a stage program that’s truly exciting.

12:00–1:00 PM “The Social Glow: How We’re Redefining Networking, Partying, and Culinary Experiences” – Tim Rühle
Party, network, enjoy yourself, and wake up feeling great the next morning. Tim and Simone show how modern food catering and functional drinks are redefining events, parties, and networking. Tasting included. Because great evenings and great mornings aren’t a contradiction.

1:00–2:00 PM “Founder’s Talk—Swimming Against the Current” – Alex Gottschalk
Four people who believed when no one else did. A conversation about resistance, thick skin, and the belief in something better—and why the non-alcoholic movement needs less dogmatism and more curiosity.

2:00–3:00 PM “Elegant Alcohol-Free Drinks from Your Own Kitchen” – Monica Iordache ENGLISH
Learn how to create an alcohol-free home bar using everyday ingredients and just a few carefully chosen bottles. Monica Iordache guides you through the essentials, makes cocktails with you, and sends you home with a starter bar list and the recipes to go with it.

2:00–3:00 p.m. “Personal Picks & Stories—Festival TOP 5” with Alex Gottschalk
He’s tasted over 4,000 non-alcoholic products, and five of them are here with him today. Alex Gottschalk takes you through his personal festival highlights, shares the stories behind them, and explains exactly why these products won him over.

4:00–5:00 PM “Do-It-Yourself Kombucha” – Charles Fox (Arisu)
Brewing kombucha yourself—from the basics to your very first batch. Charles Fox from Arisu walks you through the basics: what a SCOBY is, how to care for it, what’s behind the first and second fermentations, and how to control the flavor. Includes a group tasting. No prior knowledge required.

4:00–5:00 p.m. “Rethinking Parties—Gideon Bellin on the Sober Party Movement”—Gideon Bellin
Gideon Bellin has been throwing alcohol-free parties for nearly ten years, and the dance floors are packed. As the founder of Sober Sensation Berlin, he talks with host Wakila Ajagbe about his experiences, what’s behind the Sober Party movement, and why a new party culture has long since begun.
