On the occasion of the Buskers street music festival, admission to the Braunschweig Castle Museum is free from Friday, May 29 to Sunday, May 31. Visitors are cordially invited to discover the museum and its historic rooms free of charge. In addition to the imposing Throne Room, the current special exhibition "15 Years of the Palace Museum" can also be viewed. The exhibition combines three perspectives: it looks back at previous exhibitions and presents a central exhibit in each case. At the same time, it focuses on the present with a variety of hands-on stations, from a poster selection to a selfie station.

During the Buskers street music festival, "Free admission" also applies at the Schlossmuseum.
