Flow & Farbe - Yoga trifft Kunst

This special course combines flowing movement, mindfulness and creative expression. Flow & Color comprises four units, inspired by the elements of earth, water, fire and air. The units can be booked individually or experienced as a complete course.

At the beginning, a 75-minute yoga flow awaits you, in which the respective element can be experienced physically and energetically - arriving and stabilizing like earth, flowing like water, powerful like fire or light and wide like air. After a short break, we switch to the creative part:
Impressions from the yoga flow, the theme of the day and personal sensations find free and intuitive expression on canvas.

During the event, tea, water and small snacks will be available to contribute to a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.

No previous knowledge of painting or yoga is required.

The focus is on the joy of experimentation, relaxation and personal expression.

At the end of the day, you will create your own work of art in a wooden frame - to take home. If you book all four sessions, you will create a special highlight step by step: four pictures that combine to form a harmonious overall work of art of the elements.
