do we sense it in our bodies? What has been imprinted within us? Does it lie before us, fragile and intangible, or do we gain access to it through vague feelings, stories, personal experiences, or historical events?

We read texts that engage with the past. Texts that set out on a journey from the present and from within our own bodies—whether as a form of empowerment, resistance, or an attempt to connect with ourselves, with what came before, and with the people who are present with us.
