Josefa Schmidt opens the Wednesday series of Feierabendkonzerte concerts. The young pianist will play Mendelssohn's enchanting Piano Trio No. 2 with her colleagues from the Avin Trio, accompanied by solo pieces by Ruth Schonthal, who had to flee Nazi Germany.
