Fashion Flip—More Than Just a Clothing Swap

At Fashion Flip, you can pick out a new favorite piece and give your old treasures a new home. But Fashion Flip is much more than just a clothing swap: Take part in our interactive workshops and find inspiration at the information booths. It’s about sustainability and environmental protection, social engagement, and connecting with other amazing people. And above all, it’s about having fun.

In the café, you can enjoy snacks and drinks whilelisteningtomusic from rotating DJs.

• Thomas Zigahn from Tanz auf Ruinen Upcycling will show you in mini-workshops how you can get creative with upcycling yourself. Keychains made from bottle caps, jewelry made from stamps, or wallets made from beverage cartons. Each item takes less than 20 minutes to make!

Our rules:

Everyone maydonate up to 10 items of clothing
Accessories, shoes, backpacks, and bagsare also welcome
Items such as socks and fur are not accepted
Even if you don’t bring anything, you’re welcome to participateand pick something out

Any remaining clothing will be donated to clothing banks, thrift stores, etc.

No registration is required. Just stop by and bring your friends.

Photos will be taken at this event for public relations purposes

By participating in the event, visitors agree that images and audio recordings made during the event may be created, processed, and distributed by the Fritz-Henßler-Haus for PR and publicity purposes, including on social media.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak directly to our photographers on site or a team member so that we can accommodate your request.
Starting July 1, 2026, the FHH will be cashless! For the time being, payment is only possible with a Girocard!!

This event is a collaboration between the Fritz-Henßler-Haus and youngcaritas Dortmund. Since 2023, youngcaritas has been offering young people an innovative platform for sustainability, environmental protection, and social engagement through its clothing swap parties.
