ELBJAZZ 2027 will take place July 9–10, 2027; discounted early-bird tickets are available now!

Set in the heart of the Port of Hamburg, surrounded by water, shipping containers, and imposing cranes, ELBJAZZ offers one of the most spectacular festival backdrops in Europe.
Over two summer days, the Hanseatic city transforms into a vibrant venue where music, industrial charm, and maritime flair come together in a unique way. On the historic Blohm+Voss shipyard grounds, visitors can experience the concentrated diversity of jazz and all its variations across multiple stages. When the seagulls circle overhead and a ship’s horn sounds in the distance, it’s pure Hamburg magic.

In July 2026, the unique combination of international jazz stars and the Blohm+Voss shipyard grounds in the heart of the harbor created a special festival atmosphere that completely captivated even the performing artists. Thanks to the new, transparent Main Stage, the acts were showcased even more beautifully against the backdrop of the Hamburg skyline. Our brand-new, partially covered grandstand with seating was also a big hit thanks to its comfort!

At ELBJAZZ 2027, the concerts at the Elbphilharmonie will not take place simultaneously with ELBJAZZ, but rather as satellite events throughout the year. The reason for this is that ELBJAZZ 2027 falls during the Elbphilharmonie’s off-season.
