Director Dirk Schirdewahn is co-artistic director and resident director at the Rheinisches Landestheater; until 2014, he was a permanent assistant director and director at the Staatstheater Wiesbaden, and starting with the 2021–22 season, he served as head of the Junges Staatstheater there, where he also staged several successful plays for children and young people.
