Community Rooftop Garden
with Ulrike Zieher
usually on the second Sunday of every month, from 2 to 6 p.m.
at the Färberei, Claude-Lorrain-Str. 25 / rear building
WHAT IS THE COMMUNITY ROOFTOP GARDEN?
Our Community Rooftop Garden coordinator, Ulrike Zieher, and we at the Färberei look forward to welcoming curious people of all ages who enjoy gardening: digging in the soil together, sowing, planting, harvesting, processing, cooking, and preserving. Gain experience, experiment, and learn from and with one another. All of this takes place on our large rooftop terrace in the heart of Untergiesing.
The Community Rooftop Garden offers a space for connections and exchange. No prior experience is required. Everyone can participate—including children accompanied by adult caregivers. This is an open event—we do not assume any duty of supervision. The Community Rooftop Garden is free of charge; donations are welcome and go 100% to our workshops.
We’d love for you to register at oe_werkstatt@kjr-m.de —you’re also welcome to drop by spontaneously, as long as there’s space available.
We’ll start together—so please arrive on time. The workshop is free; we welcome donations.
