Formed in Manchester in 1976, the Buzzcocks’ influence on punk and independent music cannot be overstated. After losing founding member and former frontman Pete Shelley in 2018, co-founder Steve Diggle vowed to keep the Buzzcocks’ legacy alive by writing, recording, and touring with the same passion and purpose that had always defined the band.
