British Shorts Summer Edition at Freiluftkino Insel in den Atelier Gardens

On Saturday, July 31 - for one evening only - the British Shorts Film Festival takes over the beautiful Atelier Gardens on the former studio site of Berlin's Union Film Ateliers. Legendary UFA classics such as "The Golem" were filmed here in the 1920s. Directly at Tempelhofer Feld, British Shorts presents a screening under the Berlin evening sky with a selection of eight short films from Great Britain and Ireland. We are bringing a genre mix of comedy, drama, animation and documentary from the land of bad weather directly to sunny Berlin! The screening is part of the British Shorts Summer Edition, which presents highlights from this year's festival edition both outdoors (open-air cinema Insel in the Atelier Gardens and Freiluftkino Friedrichshain) and indoors (Sputnik Kino) from 31.7. to 2.8.
