Bremer Wohnbaupreis 2025: Landespreis für vorbildlichen Wohnungsbau

Under the motto “Ensuring Quality, Promoting Diversity, Fostering Community,” the award ceremony for the 2025 BREMEN HOUSING CONSTRUCTION AWARD took place on February 19, 2026, at Bremen City Hall.

Ten prizes, five honorable mentions, and five special neighborhood awards for the 2025 Bremen Housing Construction Award—a state prize awarded by the State of Bremen—were presented by the Senator for Construction, Mobility, and Urban Development, together with the President of the Bremen Chamber of Architects and the Director of the Bremen Center for Building Culture.

All award-winning and submitted entries are now on display for one month at the Historisches Museum Bremerhaven.
