In 2022, Betterov released “OLYMPIA,” a widely acclaimed Top 5 album; the follow-up expansion “OLYMPIA (Ehrenrunde Deluxe),” released in October 2023 and featuring new tracks and guest appearances by Paula Hartmann, Blumengarten, and Provinz, has made Betterov a household name beyond the German indie-pop scene. In 2022, he won the Pop Culture Award, performed on *Late Night Berlin*, *Inas Nacht*, and *Studio Schmitt*, and capped off a jam-packed festival summer with a sold-out headlining tour. After that, things went quiet in the public eye for a while, while in his room the decision gradually took shape to place his own upbringing more prominently than ever at the center of a major new musical project.

At the end of this journey stands a new, second album, “Große Kunst,” which will be released on November 7, 2025, and feels significantly more focused than its predecessor.
