Beartooth have increased their popularity year after year and are now undoubtedly one of the hottest metalcore bands of the moment. In addition to support tours for Of Mice & Men, Pierce The Veil, Bad Omens and Slipknot as well as performances at scene festivals such as Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, Reload and Download Festival, Beartooth have long since risen to headliner status themselves and are regularly on tour. Their steadily growing success is reflected not only in larger venues, but also in more than 1.1 billion streams on Spotify. streams on Spotify, where songs such as "In Between", "Hated", "Disease", "The Lines" and "Riptide" are among the biggest fan favorites. With these sometimes deeply personal tracks and the diverse influences of their music, the band continues to delight their audience and has continuously developed their sound on the five albums they have released so far. In September, Beartooth will be coming to Germany for five concerts with their new longplayer "Pure Ecstasy" in their luggage. The band will be accompanied in Frankfurt am Main, Oberhausen, Hanover, Berlin and Munich by none other than the Canadian post-hardcore veterans Silverstein and the US metalcore high-flyers Kingdom of Giants. During his time as the singer of Attack Attack!, Caleb Shomo was already writing songs for a new project - as a creative counterpoint to the electronic metalcore sound of his band, which he left in 2012. With the EP "Sick" and a signing to Red Bull Records, he finally laid the foundations for his new band Beartooth, which released its debut album "Disgusting"in 2014 and cemented Shomo's new musical direction with tracks such as "In Between" and "The Lines" . With their second album "Aggressive" , Beartooth further expanded their position in the metalcore scene worldwide and entered the album charts internationally. By the time "Disease", the band's third album, was released in 2018, Beartoothwere already the talk of the town in Germanyand continued to build on their momentum with headline tours and festival appearances across Europe. 2021 saw the release of the LP "Below", which was received overwhelmingly positively by the press, while Caleb Shomo was described by Kerrang! in their review of the album as "one of the most remarkable songwriters of his generation". The long player "The Surface" continued the universal acclaim for Beartooth 2023 and took the band's sound back to their traditional metalcore roots, now reflecting a more mature songwriting with recognizable musical growth with influences from country and rock. Three years after the release of their latest album, Beartooth are now hinting at the release of a new work. On the single "Free" , the US-Americans dedicated themselves to the ballad side of their music and presented a sound that will turn Beartooth into a globally successful mainstream phenomenon on the upcoming album "Pure Ecstasy" with a modern mix of alternative rock, metalcore, country and pop, which has long since advanced to the status of a global arena headliner - according to Forbes.
