Four bands.
Progressive metal / post-metal / extreme metal

ACT I
Bipolar Architecture
Berlin/Istanbul

Extreme Post-Metal

Hailing from Berlin and Istanbul, @bipolararchitecturewill tear it up as the headliner of BalticProg Vol. II!

Moving between swirling post-rock tension and breathtaking extreme metal, the four-piece band brings a unique post-metal blend to the table—one that has already earned them a spot on @pelagic_records. With a total of two studio albums and a third already in the works, they’re a well-established name on the scene.

Not least, they opened for the legendary band The Ocean on the monumental “END OF AN EON” tour in 2024/2025, including a show at a completely sold-out Kesselhaus in Berlin. This was followed last year by a performance at the renowned Arctangent Festival in Bristol, once again proving their international caliber.

ACT II
SHEEV
Progressive Stoner Metal
Berlin

Sheev from Berlin blends progressive metal, stoner rock, grunge, and psychedelic elements into a powerful and technically sophisticated sound. Fans of Mastodon, Tool, and Opeth can expect an intense live experience featuring intricate rhythms, massive riffs, and haunting vocal melodies. With their acclaimed albums *Mind Conductor* and *Ate’s Alchemist*, Sheev ranks among the most exciting up-and-coming bands on the German progressive scene.

ACT III
SIDUS
Post-Metal
Berlin/Athens

Hailing from Athens and now based in Berlin, Sidus brings cinematic post-rock to the BalticProg stage. With powerful guitars, atmospheric soundscapes, and purely instrumental intensity, they create music that gets under your skin. If you love God Is An Astronaut or Russian Circles, you’ll love Sidus. Don’t miss them. The band is signed to Dunk Records for upcoming releases. With their new song “SOUL GAZING,” they deliver a perfectly produced post-rock experience.

ACT IV
AGLASIO
Progressive Metal
Rostock

The quartet from northern Germany was founded in 2022 and has quickly established itself as an exciting voice in the regional progressive metal scene. Their music blends progressive metal, post-metal, grunge, and alternative influences into a multi-layered sound that oscillates between atmospheric density, heavy riffs, and complex rhythms. With their first full-length album, *EPHEMERA*, Aglasio demonstrated their ability to master a wide range of genres—from grunge to post-rock to deathcore—at a high level. The band’s intensity really shines through, especially in live performances.
