All About Flowers – DIY Workshop mit Jamila

In the organizer's words:

This workshop is all about flowers - collecting, drying and crafting.

I will introduce flowers that grow in and around Munich and show you two different methods of drying and preserving flowers. There will also be a short input on the flower industry: on topics such as pesticides, working conditions and seed sovereignty.

In the practical part, we will create cards, stickers and small works with pressed plants together.

Participants are welcome to bring their own dried flowers or use the materials available on site.

The workshop is an open space for exchange: What meanings do flowers have for us? What memories, knowledge or relationships do we associate with plants?
