Aquatic Dreams; Simon Gums (Abschlußkonzert (BA);Recital I (BA))

In the organizer's words:
Admission: 18:30 | Start: 19:30 |

With his ensemble "Aquatic Dreams", pianist and composer Alex Demos combines atmospheric soundscapes with the expressive power of contemporary jazz. As part of his bachelor's degree concert, Demos presents a program that invites you to immerse yourself, dream and let go. The unusual line-up of piano, harp, bass, percussion and string quartet creates a dense, cinematic sound language between improvised freedom and subtle composition. Inspired by the different facets of water, from calm depths to flowing movements and stormy energy, "Aquatic Dreams" transports the listener to imaginary landscapes full of emotion, expanse and intimacy.

Information on the second part of the evening will follow.
