Agility Training – Getting Your Body and Mind Moving
Greater flexibility, better concentration, and renewed energy—through a holistic workout for the body, brain, and breathing.
We sit a lot, engage in one-sided movement, and are under mental pressure. No wonder we’re experiencing tension, exhaustion, and difficulty concentrating.
This is exactly where Agility Training comes in. Here, you combine mobility exercises, breathing techniques, and modern insights from neuroscience into a holistic workout for your body and brain. You’ll enhance your flexibility and presence, improve your coordination and concentration, and develop a new body awareness—all at your own pace.
Who is this training for?
The course is designed for adults of all ages—regardless of prior experience or fitness level—who:
want to feel more flexible and energetic again,
want to counteract tension and a lack of movement,
want to strengthen their concentration and body awareness,
are looking for a healthy balance to their work life, or
want to do something good for their bodies in the long term.
Here’s what to expect
10 weekly sessions build on each other thematically and delve deeper into the material step by step, so ideally you’ll come by every week. However, it’s also possible to book individual sessions and join in from time to time.
Each session combines a brief thematic introduction with practical exercises:
Mobilization of joints, muscles, and fascia
Breathing exercises for more energy and balance
Neuro-centered exercises for coordination and concentration
Exercises to activate the nervous system and promote relaxation
Flowing full-body movements for greater ease in everyday life

Led by
With Martina Mittag and Charlotta Cumming.
Martina Mittag is a state-certified gymnastics instructor, yoga teacher, breathing coach, and author. Charlotta Cumming holds a degree in sports science and is an expert in prevention, health-oriented training, and workplace health management. Together, they combine decades of experience with the latest findings in kinesiology, neurotraining, and health promotion.
Good to Know
No prior experience is required. All exercises can be customized and are suitable for a range of fitness and movement levels.
Please bring comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. The focus is not on performance, but on the joy of rediscovering your own body.
